Today, businesses are not so much looking for new technologies as they are seeking fast, measurable solutions to specific business challenges. This is the idea behind Yettel’s new service, which makes robotic process automation (RPA), potentially enhanced by artificial intelligence (AI), available to SMEs and large enterprises. The UiPath solution can be easily integrated with existing business systems and handle repetitive, rule-based tasks, speeding up administrative processes and freeing up employees to focus on higher-value activities. Where needed, AI can also help interpret documents, process information and prepare decisions, while automation takes care of executing the processes.
What sets Yettel’s solution apart is that it doesn’t require companies to purchase full, costly robot licences. Instead, it provides robotic capacity tailored to their actual needs, significantly reducing the cost and complexity of implementing automation. This means software robots can operate continuously, around the clock when workloads are high, or only during the periods when they are needed for smaller tasks, enabling more flexible and cost-effective operations. The service is particularly well suited to invoice processing, administrative, HR, finance and customer service workflows, primarily for SMEs and large enterprises.
Yettel also uses the technology in its own operations, offering customers a solution that it has already tested in its own processes. This also marks the first tangible sign of Yettel’s expansion into ICT services. The goal is not to sell technology for its own sake, but to solve specific business problems and help companies operate more efficiently.
The service supports Yettel’s strategic ambition to go beyond its established role as a telecommunications provider and become an increasingly broad-based ICT and technology partner for its business customers. The B2B segment already accounts for around 30% of the company’s revenue, and complex technology and software-based solutions could become an important driver of future growth.
“Digitalisation, automation and the use of AI have become key factors in business competitiveness. More and more customers turn to us with needs that go beyond telecommunications. That is why we are expanding our ICT portfolio with services that deliver tangible results for our customers’ operations. With UiPath in particular, it is important that we are offering a new solution that we have tested, use and proven in our own operations,” said Gábor Fülöp, Business Sales and Marketing Director of Yettel.
The provider of the UiPath solution is a key player in the global automation market, recognised by Gartner as one of the leading RPA platform providers.
