General information about prepaid plans
You can use the five-day voice call ticket extra, 3 GB 5-day mobile data extra and 10 GB 5-day mobile data extra packages with a top-up card plan.
The service is available for a one-time fee and is activated once the fee has been deducted
The service can be used for 5 days from activation. Any unused data will be lost after the expiry of this 5-day period.
With the five-day voice call ticket extra, 3 GB five-day mobile net extra and 10 GB five-day mobile net extra packages, you can order all three services at the same time. Alternatively you can use other supplementary packages at the same time. The new plan is activated immediately, and you’ll still have your previous plan with its quota and validity period.
Data amount
If the domestic data traffic that included in the package is used up and you do not have/purchase additional data (mobile Internet) amount, the data traffic will not be available until the end of the prepaid service cycle (speeds reduced to 0/0 kbps).
Beside periodic fee, no over-the-limit fee will be charged for domestic traffic.
The data amount included in the data packages will be available at the transfer speeds set in your tariff package. Ordering the service will not affect the theoretical maximum download and upload speeds set in the tariff package; the rates specified in the tariff package will remain unchanged.
If your tariff package does not come with a data amount included, the data amount included in the data packages will be available to you at a theoretical maximum download speed of 7 Mbps and a theoretical maximum upload speed of 2 Mbps.
The data amount available domestically included in the service is used by all types of data traffic.
If you have a one-off data ticket, the data quota for this ticket is always expended first. We then reduce the renewing quota, then the data quota included in the plan, and finally the amount included in your data package.
The unused data amount will be removed from your balance after 5 days.
This has changed in line with legal provisions, and as a result, in the future, private individuals may hold a maximum of 10 cards, while companies may have a maximum of 50 prepaid cards that can be used to make voice calls. More details
- The minute and data amounts included in the five-day voice call ticket extra, 3 GB five-day mobile net extra and 10 GB five-day mobile net extra packages can be used in the EU in full.
- Upon exceeding the voice call quotas included in the packages, the same HUF 30 minute fee for call initiation and HUF 30 SMS fee for text messaging will apply in the EU as in Hungary.
International calls: Any call initiated from a Hungarian domestic network to outside Hungary (to an international number) constitutes an international call made to outside the country, even if it is directed to the EU.
