Tomáš Řezníček joins Yettel Hungary from O2 Czech Republic, where he was responsible for complex, multi-channel sales and customer service operations, with a strong focus on developing digital channels and implementing AI-powered solutions. Throughout his career, he has held full responsibility for commercial performance and customer experience, ensuring seamless integration across physical and digital customer touchpoints.
His appointment supports Yettel’s long-term strategy to deliver an outstanding customer experience while further positioning the company as a comprehensive digital services provider. As part of this strategy, Yettel continues to strengthen its digital channels and expand the use of AI-powered solutions.
