Telenor MyTV starts summer with Football World Cup and “RTL Most!”

Any user can watch the Football World Cup starting on 14 June live free of charge on MyTV and access the online archives of “RTL Most!” in Telenor’s online television service.

FIFA World Cup 2018 will start with a Russia vs Saudi Arabia match on 14 June at 5:00 p.m. and it will finish on 15 July. As the games will be running from early afternoon till late at night, many people may prefer watching them on their mobile phone through Telenor MyTV. They can do so without registration and monthly fee payment as M4 Sport, the television channel broadcasting the event, is part of the free MyTV Start package.

Telenor MyTV is available to the customers of any Hungarian mobile operator without commitment. However, Telenor customers enjoy the most benefits as the traffic generated using the service in Hungary is not counted against their monthly data allowance.

As a new feature, Telenor MyTV now comes with the online archives of “RTL Most!”. After installing the free RTL Most! app (for iOS and Android) and registration, users can watch the archived content of television channels RTL Klub, RTL Gold, RTLII and Cool directly on the MyTV platform (e.g. if they missed the latest episode of their favourite series). If they are Telenor customers and have subscribed to MyTV, the traffic generated by the RTL Most! app in Hungary will not be counted against their data allowance (in the same way as with MyTV).

In addition to the free smartphone app available on Android and iOS, Telenor MyTV is also available through a browser on a computer, on Android-based smart televisions and through set-top-boxes using the Apple TV and Android TV platforms.
