For more than ten years, Yettel ProSuli has supported the adoption of digital teaching methods and helped teachers and students develop their digital knowledge and skills. Robotics education and its national robotics competition are among the programme’s most popular initiatives, making digital knowledge tangible while also giving students an opportunity to be creative. The robotics competition has grown steadily in popularity in recent years. The latest event attracted 170 teams from 59 locations across Hungary, with the top-performing teams also earning the opportunity, with Yettel’s support, to compete in international competitions, most recently at Robotex in South Korea. Each year’s competition is preceded by a robotics kit application programme, through which schools can receive free equipment and online learning materials to help them start preparing for the next national competition.
This year’s robotics kit application programme is open
This year, ProSuli will give away more robotics kits than ever before, with more than 50 kits worth over HUF 10 million in total. All public education institutions operating in Hungary can apply by 8 November 2026, regardless of whether they are currently part of the Yettel ProSuli programme. The robotics kits will be allocated by lottery among the applicant schools, with the list of winners to be announced on the ProSuli website in early November.

Applications pave the way for competition entry and preparation
Registration for the 2027 ProSuli Robotics Competition will open in early November. Schools can enter the competition regardless of the outcome of the robotics kit application, and registration is open to all institutions.
As in previous years, teams of primary and secondary school students can compete in two age groups. In addition to a cash prize, the national competition also offers the top-performing teams an international opportunity: a chance to qualify for the Robotex International final.
Yettel ProSuli will once again support teams preparing for the competition in several ways. In January 2027, it will host an online webinar for participating teams, where students can gain practical knowledge and guidance to help them prepare for the competition. Students and teachers will also have access to online learning materials and consultation.
The regional rounds will take place in February and March 2027, followed by the national final in April 2027 at Yettel House in Törökbálint.
