How to activate your plan

Activating your Yettel Pass Express plan is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Enter your SIM and ICC numbers
2. Create a Yettel account
3. Scan your ID card or passport
4. Provide your address details
5. Review and accept your contract

Once these steps are completed, your plan will be active and ready to use.

Check your balance and data usage

The easiest way to track your balance and data usage is through the Yettel app:

• Monitor your remaining balance and data in real time, for free.
• If you run out of balance or need extra data, you can top up instantly with just a few taps.
• Download the app from your app store and sign in using the email address and password you used during registration.

Important:

• If you run out of mobile data and don’t have another active data package, internet access will no longer be available.
• Any unused data will be deleted once the validity period of the plan ends.

Need more data?

You can buy extra mobile data quickly and easily through the Yettel app:

• Download the app and order additional data in just a few taps.
• You’ll receive an SMS notification when you’ve used 80% of your data and another when you reach 100%.
• You can activate several add-on services at once. The data allowances will be combined, and the validity period will be extended.
• New packages are activated immediately, while your previous ones remain active with their own balance and validity period.

Top up your balance

You can top up your balance in multiple ways:

• Online on Yettel’s website: Enter your prepaid phone number, select the amount, and pay via secure bank page. SMS confirmation sent.
• Yettel App: Available for Android and iOS, you can check your balance, top up, and pay bills.
• Yettel stores: Find your nearest store here.
• Petrol stations: MOL, Shell, OMV sell electronic top-up cards.
• Lapker shops and post offices: Nationwide availability of electronic top-up cards.

Your balance can be used for:

• Mobile purchases (parking, motorway vignette)
• Premium-rate services (SMS voting)
• Standard telecommunication fees ( SMS, add-on services)
