Yettel Products Now Available At 14 Locations Across the Country Through the Wolt App

This spring, Yettel and Wolt launched a joint pilot programme to make technology devices and mobile communication services available with the same speed and convenience that Wolt customers have come to expect when ordering food. Following a successful pilot, the programme is now being significantly expanded.

The mobile operator and Wolt launched their initiative in the area of three Yettel shops – shopping malls Allee and Árkád in Budapest and the Fórum Yettel Shop in Debrecen – in March 2025. Encouraged by the success of the service and the positive feedback from customers, the partners decided to significantly expand the system. As a result, Yettel products can now be ordered from 14 shops nationwide via the Wolt app.

Yettel shops offering the option to order products via the Wolt app to be delivered in the area include shops in Budapest Astoria, and shopping malls Árkád, Allee, Győr Pláza, Kecskemét Malom Központ, Miskolc Centrum, Nyíregyháza, Pécs Árkád, Siófok, Szeged Tesco, Székesfehérvár Alba Pláza, Szombathely, Veszprém and Debrecen Fórum.

As part of the service, users can order prepaid mobile phones, SIM cards and various mobile accessories – e.g. charging cables, headphones or power banks – directly from the Wolt app and have them delivered to their doorstep within an hour by Wolt’s courier service. The new solution offers a quick and convenient alternative for those who want to get their mobile communication devices urgently, for example in case of a lost SIM card or a faulty charger.

In the pilot period, 45% of orders were for a prepaid SIM, 14% for a phone and SIM card together and 41% for other accessories. The most sought-after products include prepaid SIM-based plans, but accessories such as USB-C cables and Bluetooth headsets are also very popular.

“We want our customers to access services in the most convenient way – whether they need a new SIM card or a replacement charger urgently. Wolt offers exactly this quick and easy delivery experience. The positive feedback we received during the pilot shows that there is a real demand for this type of flexibility among people,” said Dániel Bálint, Yettel’s Customer Experience Director.

Yettel aims to expand the geographical coverage of the service launched in partnership with Wolt to meet the needs of customers and make this innovative, fast and convenient shopping option available to even more people at an increasing number of locations.
