From 5 March 2024, Yettel’s consumers and SME customers will see a 15.3% increase in their monthly fees which is lower than the annual inflation rate for 2023 published by the Central Statistical Office. The change will affect monthly fees for postpaid consumer subscriptions. Airtime and SMS rates beyond the monthly fee, as well as the price of additional data tickets will not change. For SME postpaid subscriptions, the change will affect monthly and one-time additional service charges, while the monthly airtime and SMS rates for these tariffs will remain unchanged. Other customer segments will be affected by the inflationary tariff adjustment as set out in the relevant communication from Yettel.
For those tariff plans whose data allowance cannot be used in full in roaming tariff zone 1/EU and which are affected by the tariff change, the roaming data allowance for consumer and SME subscriptions will be increased from 5 March 2024.
The operator will notify its customers of the changes in good time before they come into effect, by SMS and/or e-mail and on the invoice.
