Daniel started his career in Seattle, USA, where he worked in business development. After that, as member of Telenor’s Customer Centricity team in Hungary, he deepened his CX development expertise, participating in several major projects, including the development of the customer experience for music and TV apps and service design tasks related to the Wallet service. He was also involved in a customer-centric network development project and a company-wide transformation project. He moved from telecoms to the financial industry, working on digital customer experience and product development projects at OTP Bank, and then gained further professional experience as a management consultant. Later, he led patient-centric digital development at Egis Pharmaceuticals.
Dániel Bálint – Yettel
As Customer Experience & Market Insight Director, Dániel will report to Zoltán Dávid, Chief Strategic Officer. The arrival of the new Director will further strengthen Yettel’s customer-centric strategy.
