Small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) account for 65% of domestic employment in Hungary and are estimated to contribute 50–55% to the country’s GDP. In this constantly changing economic landscape, cost efficiency and flexibility have become key factors for these companies. Businesses must adapt quickly: while digitalisation and technological progress create new opportunities, they also generate new expectations. Yettel’s latest developments directly address these needs. The new Yettel Business ReFlex tariff range offers no commitment plans with attractive terms, while the Yettel Business mobile app provides business features that can be fully managed from a smartphone, taking the business customer experience to a whole new level.
Flexible tariffs, no commitment and favourable terms and conditions
The Yettel Business ReFlex tariffs can be tailored to businesses’ needs without requiring a long-term commitment. There is no mandatory two-year contract, yet attractive prices and terms are available, and companies can switch between larger or smaller tariff plans freely, even on a monthly basis. This allows businesses to respond quickly to market changes and their evolving telecommunications needs. The no commitment plans also include a monthly refund that businesses can use towards handset purchases, accessories or bill credits, or even combined towards a higher value phone purchase.
The Yettel Business app: digital customer experience, a one-stop shop for all telecoms needs
Designed specifically for small and medium-sized business customers, the new Yettel Business app represents a unique development in the Hungarian mobile communications market. Essentially, the app aims to provide the same digital experience as the Yepp plan offers to consumers: convenient and flexible administration, cost control and redeemable discounts – all accessible through a single app. With the Yettel Business app, customers can independently manage their subscriptions, adjust their plans and order additional services as their business’s telecommunications needs increase or decrease. Transactions are completed instantly, eliminating the need to visit a Yettel shop. The platform is continuously expanding, adding new useful features and options based on customer feedback.
Technology and customer focus
In recent years, Yettel has invested nearly HUF 100 billion in network modernisation, providing business customers with outdoor 4G coverage exceeding 99% nationwide and a super-fast 5G network available at over 1,000 base stations. The company plans to invest tens of billions of HUF more in Hungary by 2028.
“The SMB sector accounts for two-thirds of domestic employment and is estimated to generate over half of the GDP, making it highly significant from an economic perspective. Alongside our network developments in recent years, we at Yettel strive to offer business solutions that provide real answers to SMBs’ operational and growth objectives. With the launch of the ReFlex tariff range and the Yettel Business app, we are prioritising flexibility, digital administration and customisable cost structures – all built on a technologically advanced, nationwide mobile network,” said Gábor Fülöp, Yettel’s Business Sales and Marketing Director.
