Kata began her career organizing youth-focused events and festivals. She later moved into the banking sector, where she worked on marketing communications for the OTP Junior brand and managed the bank’s social media presence. In 2017, she took the lead of the newly established Brand Management team at OTP Bank. From 2019, as Head of Brand Management, she was responsible for developing and implementing the group-level brand strategy and identity frameworks across 11 countries, including Hungary. Alongside providing international strategic support, she also oversaw all brand communications in the Hungarian market.
