General terms of use of one-time extra data
- The 10 GB, 30 GB and 100 GB one-time data tickets provide a one-time extra data quota which may be used within Hungary, the EU and countries in roaming tariff zone 1 within 30 days from the time of the order.
- The 10 GB, 30 GB or 100 GB one-off data tickets may only be used with the Hipernet Home+ Relax tariff packages.
- One-time data tickets can be ordered any number of times, even within the same day. The same amount data can also be ordered multiple times within the same day.
- If, during the period of validity of a previously data ticket (i.e. within 30 days), an additional data ticket is ordered, the data amount included in the new one-time data ticket will be added to the unused data from the previously ordered data ticket, and the combined data quota will be available for use for a period of 30 days from the date of ordering of the most recent data ticket.
- A one-time data ticket may be ordered for a subscription even if there is an active extra data service available for a monthly fee in addition to the data amount included in the tariff.
- The extra data included in the data tickets are available for use for a period of 30 days from the time of the order. Any unused data will be lost after the expiry of this 30-day period.
- Data quotas are used up in the following order: first, any data quota provided by a one-time data ticket, followed by the data quota assigned to a recurring monthly package, and finally any data amount included in the tariff package.
- The data amount included in the data tickets may be used at the speed specified in your tariff package.
- The data included in the data ticket will be decreased in units of 0.01 MB.
- Once the data amount is used up, the offered bandwidth is reduced to the level specified in your tariff package. If your tariff package does not include any data traffic, you will not have access to mobile internet once you have used up your data amount.

Terms of use for recurring add-on mobile data package for a monthly fee
- Ordering the service will get you a traffic quota of 10 GB, 30 GB or 100 GB. You only need to order the service once. After that, the data amount provided by the service will be made available to you automatically each month until you cancel the service. This traffic quota is available in addition to any traffic quota included in your tariff package.
- The monthly data packages of 10 GB, 30 GB or 100 GB may only be ordered in addition to a Hipernet Home+ and Hipernet Home+ Relax tariff packages.
- Only one data package may be active at any one time. You may not order more than one data packages for a monthly fee at the same time.
- If you have an active monthly data package for your subscription and order a different monthly data package, the previous monthly data package is automatically cancelled.
- The data amount included in the data package may be used at the speed specified in your tariff package. Ordering a data package does not affect the maximum theoretical download and upload speeds specified in your tariff package. These speeds remain unchanged.
- The traffic quota is reduced by increments of 0.01 MB.
- Once the data amount is used up, the offered bandwidth is reduced to the level specified in your tariff package. If your tariff package does not include any data traffic, you will not have access to mobile internet once you have used up your data amount.
