Prepaid and postpaid Telenor consumers can buy a one-week 100 GB domestic data ticket for HUF 1,000 through the MyTelenor app until 1 January 2022. Those buying the special festive data ticket will be entered into a prize draw for three Hiper L+ tariff plans including 100 GB of Hipernet per month and unlimited domestic airtime exempt from a monthly fee for two years.
Customers can order a 100 GB data ticket several times in the covered period but one number can participate in the prize draw only once. To participate in the draw, customers have to buy a data ticket, read the rules and send “OK” to 20 9000 333.
Telenor’s analyses show a higher demand for mobile internet services in the holiday season up until January. The operator also conducted a representative survey into Christmas shopping habits. The findings revealed that 46% of Hungarians plan to give tech items as a Christmas gift with mobile phones being the most popular product after headphones and earphones. 43% of respondents will buy a mobile phone, a tablet or a smart watch for their partner, while 41% will give the same gifts to their child.

To create a HiperGroup, they need to combine at least two Hiper Tariff plans assigned to the same customer number and have an active commitment. HiperGroups can also include Telenor family tariffs offering data allowances and airtimes tailored to the needs of different age groups.
One of the special offers available in the Christmas period provides the Telenor OtthonNet tariff plan created for home internet access for HUF 0 in the first 3 months to customers signing a 12-month contract. The Telenor OtthonNet service is currently available to 1 million households across Hungary.
