PPF Group has completed its acquisition of mobile operator Telenor’s telecommunications assets in Central and Eastern Europe, specifically in Hungary, Bulgaria, Montenegro, and Serbia.

Telenor has added a wearable contactless payment solution to its financial services portfolio.
