Telenor customers to enjoy free internet on 18 February

Due to a system upgrade, customer service systems will work with limited functionality between Saturday night and Sunday noon.

We keep enhancing our customer service processes to be able to serve our several millions of customers as fast and as efficiently as possible. As part of this effort, Telenor Hungary’s customer service systems will have scheduled maintenance between 10:00 p.m. on 17 February and 12:00 noon on 18 February. Some functions will have limited or no availability during this time. Our call center will also have limited availability. 

The following functions will not be available during this period online, in person or through the call center: balance top-up and inquiry, data ticket top-up, bill payment, new contracting, handset purchase, SIM card replacement, tariff change, MyTelenor app, service ordering, online purchase, prepaid data registration, Express card registration. 

You can use your phone to make voice calls, send text messages or access mobile internet during the system upgrade. Mobile parking, toll ticket payment and gambling orders will also be unaffected. As we know that this will cause our customers a temporary inconvenience, we provide them with automatically activated free internet in domestic networks between 00:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on 18 February. 

If you want to top up your prepaid card, please do so before 10:00 p.m. on 17 February, Saturday.
